Ormenio
Ormenio (; ; ) is the northernmost place in all of Greece. It is part of the municipal unit of Trigono in the Evros regional unit of Thrace. It is situated near the right bank of the river Evros, which forms the border with Bulgaria here. On the other side of the Evros, 6 km to the north, lies the Bulgarian town Svilengrad. Nearby villages in Greece are Ptelea to its southeast and Petrota to its southwest.

Orestiada Municipality
Orestiada (, formerly ), is the northeasternmost, northernmost and newest city of Greece and the second largest of the Evros regional unit of Thrace. It was founded in 1923 by Greek refugees from Edirne, after the population exchange between Greece and Turkey. It has a population of about 20,000.

Kyprinos () is a town and a former municipality in the Evros regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Orestiada, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 135.976 km2. In 2021 its population was 571 for the community and 1,732 for the municipal unit. Kyprinos is located southwest of Edirne, Turkey, west-northwest of Orestiada, north of Alexandroupoli and about 5 to 6 km east of Kurdzhali and the Bulgarian frontier, where there is a border crossing. Komara
Komara () is a village in the northwestern part of the Evros regional unit in northern Greece. Komara is in the municipal unit of Trigono. Komara is situated on the left (northern) bank of the river Arda, near the border with Bulgaria. It is 2 km north of Kyprinos, the nearest larger village. It is 20 km south of the Bulgarian town Svilengrad, 27 km northwest of Orestiada and 29 km west of the Turkish city Edirne.

In 2021, its population was 557 for the community, which includes the villages Dilofos, Krios and Palli. It is located on the right bank of the river Evros, where it forms the border with Bulgaria. It is about 15 km southeast of Svilengrad, Bulgaria, and 25 km west of Edirne, Turkey.

Trígono (, , meaning "triangle") is a former municipality in the Evros regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality Orestiada, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 392.538 km2. The seat of the municipality was in Dikaia. The municipality was created in 1997 under the Capodistrian Plan. Arzos
Arzos (, Turkish: Kulakli) is a village in the northern part of the Evros regional unit in Greece. It is situated on the left bank of the river Ardas, about 20 km northwest of Orestiada. Arzos is part of the municipal unit of Trigono. In 2021 its population was 259 for the municipal community, which includes the village Kanadas.

Kavyli () is a village in the northern part of the Evros regional unit in Greece. It is part of the municipal unit of Vyssa, which is part of the municipality Orestiada since 2011. It is bypassed by the Greek National Road 51 (Feres - Soufli - Orestiada - Ormenio). It is 7 km north of the centre of Orestiada, and 4 km southwest of Nea Vyssa.
Vyssa Municipal Unit
Vyssa () is a former municipality in the Evros regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Orestiada, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 170.179 km2. Population 4,378 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Nea Vyssa. It is named after a former village to its north that is now in Turkey. Refugees from that side fled into this area and settled into these villages.
