Parkour () is a self-led movement practice where practitioners use only the abilities of their bodies to interact with obstacles in any given environment. With roots in military obstacle course training and martial arts, parkour includes flipping, running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, and whatever is suitable for a given situation. Zorbing (also known as globe-riding, sphereing or orbing) is the recreation or sport of rolling downhill inside a zorb, an orb or ball with a smaller ball inside and an air layer in between the two, typically made of transparent plastic. A toboggan is a simple sled used in snowy winter recreation.
