Ludwigshafen
Ludwigshafen, officially Ludwigshafen am Rhein (; meaning "Ludwig's Port upon the Rhine"; Palatine German: Ludwichshafe or Lumpehafe), is a city in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate, on the river Rhine (Upper Rhine), opposite Mannheim. With Mannheim, Heidelberg, and the surrounding region, it forms the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region.

Speyer
Speyer (, older spelling ; ; ), historically known in English as Spires, is a city in Rhineland-Palatinate in the western part of the Federal Republic of Germany with approximately 50,000 inhabitants. Located on the left bank of the river Rhine, Speyer lies south of Ludwigshafen and Mannheim, and south-west of Heidelberg. Kaiserslautern (; ) is a town in southwest Germany, located in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate at the edge of the Palatinate Forest. The historic centre dates to the 9th century. It is from Paris, from Frankfurt am Main, from Berlin, and from Luxembourg.

Landau in der Pfalz
Landau (), officially Landau in der Pfalz (, ), is an autonomous (kreisfrei) town surrounded by the Südliche Weinstraße ("Southern Wine Route") district of southern Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is a university town (since 1990), a long-standing cultural centre, and a market and shopping town, surrounded by vineyards and wine-growing villages of the Palatinate wine region. Landau lies east of the Palatinate forest, on the German Wine Route.
Pirmasens
Pirmasens (; (also Bermesens or Bärmasens)) is an independent town in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, near the border with France. It was famous for the manufacture of shoes. The surrounding rural district was called Landkreis Pirmasens from 1818 until 1997, when it was renamed to Südwestpfalz.

It is situated on the western edge of the Palatinate forest, approx. 10 km northeast of Pirmasens. Waldfischbach-Burgalben is also located near Pulaski Barracks, Kapaun and Vogelweh Air Force Base.
Obermoschel
Obermoschel (, , in contrast to "Lower Moschel") is a town and municipality in the district Donnersbergkreis, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. With around 1,000 residents, it is the smallest town in the Palatinate (Pfalz). It is part of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Nordpfälzer Land, which has its seat of administration in community of Rockenhausen and an administrative office in Alsenz. According to regional planning, Obermoschel is designated as lower-order center (Grundzentrum).

It belongs to the Verbandsgemeinde of Bad Kreuznach, the seat of which is in the like-named town. Hochstätten is a winegrowing village. The municipality also markets itself as a recreational destination with the self-given nickname das Tor zur Pfalz im Erholungsgebiet Rheingrafenstein ("the gateway to the Palatinate in the Rheingrafenstein Recreational Area").
