Paragonimus
Paragonimus is a genus of flukes (trematodes) and is the only genus in the monotypic family Paragonimidae. Some tens of species have been described, but they are difficult to distinguish, so it is not clear how many of the named species may be synonyms. The name Paragonimus is derived from the combination of two Greek words, “para” (on the side of) and “gonimos” (gonads or genitalia). Several of the species are known as lung flukes. In humans some of the species occur as zoonoses; the term for the condition is paragonimiasis. The first intermediate hosts of Paragonimus include at least 54 spec

Maritrema
Maritrema is a genus of trematodes (flukes) in the family Microphallidae, although some have suggested its placement in the separate family Maritrematidae. It was first described by Nikoll in 1907 from birds in Britain. Species of the genus usually infect birds, but several have switched hosts and are found in mammals, such as the marsh rice rat. Several species use the fiddler crab Uca pugilator as an intermediate host.
Opecoelus
Opecoelus is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae.
Opecoeloides
Opecoeloides is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae. It has been synonymised with Cymbephallus Linton, 1934 and Fimbriatus von Wicklen, 1946.
Gastrodiscoides
Gastrodiscoides is genus of zoonotic trematode under the class Trematoda. It has only one species, Gastrodiscoides hominis. It is a parasite of a variety of vertebrates, including humans. The first definitive specimen was described from a human subject in 1876. It is prevalent in Bangladesh, India, Burma, China, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Volga Delta of Russia, with isolated cases from Africa, such as Nigeria. It is especially notable in the Assam, Bengal, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh states of India.
Galactosomum
Galactosomum is a genus of flukes in the family Heterophyidae. There are currently 28 recognised species within the genus. They mainly infect aquatic birds, but often infest fish as larvae. Three species are known to use marine mammals as hosts.

Opistholebes is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae.
Opecoelina
Opecoelina is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae.
Dactylostomum
Dactylostomum is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae. It is synonymised with Opedunculata Dwivedi, 1975.
Neohelicometra
Neohelicometra is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae. It consists of only one species, Neohelicometra scorpaenae.
Lecithocladium
Lecithocladium is a genus which belongs to the phylum Platyhelminthes and class Trematoda. The type species of this genus is Lecithocladium excisum. The main host for the adult of L. excisum in the North Sea is Scomber scombrus; but it also occurs in S. japonicus and there are also records in the literature from a wide range of other fishes such as Carangidae.
Pseudopecoelus
Pseudopecoelus is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae. It has been synonymised with Neopecoelus Manter, 1947.
Hamacreadium
Hamacreadium is a genus of trematodes in the family Opecoelidae. It is synonymous with Olivacreadium Bilqees, 1976. Species of Hamacreadium are endoparasitic in fish such as Lethrinus Cuvier, 1829.
