Chaetopterus
Chaetopterus or the parchment worm or parchment tube worm is a genus of marine polychaete worm that lives in a tube it constructs in sediments or attaches to a rocky or coral reef substrate. The common name arises from the parchment-like appearance of the tubes that house these worms. Parchment tube worms are filter feeders and spend their adult lives in their tubes, unless the tube is damaged or destroyed. They are planktonic in their juvenile forms, as is typical for polychaete annelids. Species include the recently discovered deep water Chaetopterus pugaporcinus and the well-studied Chaetop

Ramphoprionidae
Ramphoprionidae is a family of polychaete worms known from the Ordovician and Silurian periods.
Sonatsa meridionalis
Sonatsa is a genus of marine, mud-dwelling polychaete worms containing the sole species Sonatsa meridionalis. S. meridionalis was described in 1919 by Ralph Vary Chamberlin from a single specimen collected by the research ship USS Albatross during a 1904–05 survey of the southeast Pacific Ocean. The type specimen was collected between Peru and the Galapagos Islands, from muddy sediment at a depth of around 4 km. The name Sonatsa derives from the Goshute words soma, meaning "many", and natsani, meaning "hook", while the specific name meridionalis is Latin for "southern".
Saccocirridae
The Saccocirridae are small interstitial polychaetes common in coarse sand on reflective, surf beaches, usually within the zone of retention. Saccocirridae have a worldwide distribution and many more species likely remain to be described. These polychates are usually between in length and 500 μm wide. They have reduced parapodia and are considered a true interstitial species, incapable of burrowing through finer sediments.
Parasclerocheilus
Parasclerocheilus is a genus of worms in the family, Scalibregmatidae, first described by Pierre Fauvel in 1928.
