Sepidiini
The Sepidiini ("toktokkies") is a tribe of ground-dwelling darkling beetles (Tenebrionidae), that occurs across Africa, the Mediterranean Basin, the Arabian Peninsula and Mesopotamia. It is composed of many hundreds of species. The larvae of some species are known to damage crops. Around 1,000 species are known to represent Sepidiini. Recently studies by Kamiński et al. revealed high levels of taxonomic inconsistencies across the tribe, which resulted in descriptions of a series of new genera.
Erodiini
Erodiini is a tribe of darkling beetles in the subfamily Pimeliinae of the family Tenebrionidae. There are more than 30 genera in Erodiini.
Oniticellini
Oniticellini are a tribe of scarab beetles, in the true dung beetle subfamily (Scarabaeinae). Nearly all species of this tribe feed on and nest in dung, mainly that of large herbivores. Most are tunnelers; dung is buried at the ends of tunnels dug below a dropping, and used as food by both adults and larvae; others, known as dwellers (including Oniticellus and Tragiscus) make brood cavities within or just beneath the dung.
Imatidiini
Imatidiini is a tribe of leaf beetles within the subfamily Cassidinae, found mostly in the Americas and Asia; it was erected by Frederick William Hope in 1840.
Gymnusini
Gymnusini is a tribe of rove beetles in the subfamily Aleocharinae. It is a basal aleocharine group, and they inhabit riparian habitats. It was described in 1839.
Amphidorini
Amphidorini is a tribe of darkling beetles in the family Tenebrionidae. There are six genera in Amphidorini.

Unxiini is a tribe of beetles in the subfamily Cerambycinae, found in South America.
Hispini
Hispini is a tribe of leaf beetles within the subfamily Cassidinae. They were formerly treated as a tribe of the subfamily Hispinae, before Hispinae was found to be paraphyletic and merged with the Cassidinae. Their distribution is mainly within the Old World tropics and warmer parts of the Palaearctic. Many species feed on and breed on monocotyledonous hosts but some also use dicotyledons. The larvae of most species within the tribe are leaf miners.
