Jounieh
Jounieh (, or Juniya, ) is a coastal city in Keserwan District, about north of Beirut, Lebanon. Since 2017, it has been the capital of Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate. Jounieh is known for its seaside resorts and bustling nightlife, as well as its old stone souk, ferry port, paragliding site and gondola lift (le téléphérique), which takes passengers up the mountain to the shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon in Harissa.

Harissa-Daraoun () is a municipality that consists of two villages, Harissa and Daraoun, in the Keserwan District of the Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate of Lebanon. The municipality mayor from 2016 until 2022 is Mr. Nizar Chemaly. The municipality is located 27 km north of Beirut. Bzoummar
Bzoummar (; Zmmar; also spelled Bzommar or Bzemmar) is a village in the Keserwan District of the Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate in Lebanon. It is northeast of Beirut, and has an elevation ranging between above sea level. Bzoummar's inhabitants are predominantly Maronite and Armenian Catholics. Bzoummar is home to a monastery of the Armenian Catholic Church that was built in 1749, where the image of Our Lady of Bzommar is venerated.

Rayfoun (; also spelled Reifun or Raifoun) is a village and municipality located in the Keserwan District of the Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate of Lebanon. The village is about north of Beirut. It has an average elevation of 1,050 meters above sea level and a total land area of 189 hectares.

Ajaltoun () is a town and municipality in the Keserwan District of the Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate in Lebanon. It is located 24 km (15 miles) north of Beirut.
