Harar (; Harari: ሀረር / ; ; ; ), known historically by the indigenous as Harar-Gey or simply Gey (Harari: ጌይ, ݘٛىيْ, Gēy, ), is a walled city in eastern Ethiopia. It is also known in Arabic as the City of Saints ().
