Bandung
Bandung is the capital city of the West Java province of Indonesia. Located on the western highland of Java island, it has one of the coolest climates compared to other provincial capitals in Indonesia, situated above sea level (the highest point being at an altitude of in the north, and the lowest at in the south), approximately southeast of Jakarta. Bandung lies in a river basin surrounded by volcanic mountains that provide a natural defense system, which was the primary reason for the Dutch East Indies government's plan to move the capital from Batavia (modern-day Jakarta) to Bandung.

Cianjur () is a town and district in the West Java province of Indonesia, and is the seat of Cianjur Regency. The district of Cianjur is located along one of the main roads between Jakarta (120 km to the northwest) and Bandung (60 km to the east). The population was 158,125 at the 2010 Census and 173,265 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at 2025 was 178,798. Because of its location, some of Cianjur's residents commute to work in Bandung.

Majalengka
Majalengka () is a town and district in West Java, Indonesia. The district is the regency seat of Majalengka Regency. At the 2010 Census, the district had a population of 68,871, of which the town (comprising the two kelurahan of Majalengka Wetan and Majalengka Kulon) had a population of 20,906. At the 2020 Census, the town population had decreased to 20,549, while the district had 74,107 inhabitants in mid 2024.
