Kisumu
Kisumu ( ) is the fifth-largest city in Kenya located in the Lake Victoria area in the former Nyanza Province. It is the third-largest city in the Lake Victoria Basin after Kampala, and Mwanza. The city has a population of 438,588 according to the recent 2026 population estimates. The metro region, including Maseno and Ahero, had a population of 6,771 (Maseno) and 11,801 (Ahero) people respectively, totaling to a combined population of 457,160 people, according to the 2019 Kenya Population and Housing Census which was conducted by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics.

Nakuru
Nakuru, sometimes referred to as Nakuru City, is the capital city of Nakuru County, Kenya. As of 2019, Nakuru had an urban population of 570,674. The city lies along the Nairobi–Nakuru Highway, from Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. In December 2021, Nakuru City became the fourth urban area in Kenya to be assigned the status of "city".

Nyeri
Nyeri is a town situated in the Central Highlands of Kenya. It is the county headquarters of Nyeri County and was the central administrative headquarters of the country's former Central Province. The town is situated about 150 km north of Kenya's capital Nairobi, in the country's densely populated and fertile Central Highlands. The town lies between the eastern base of the Nyandarua (Aberdare) Range, which forms part of the eastern side of the Great Rift Valley, and the western slopes of Mount Kenya.
