Symbescaline
Symbescaline (SB), also known as 3,5-diethoxy-4-methoxyphenethylamine, is a psychoactive drug of the phenethylamine and scaline families related to mescaline. It is the analogue of mescaline in which the methoxy groups at the 3 and 5 positions have been replaced with ethoxy groups. In addition, symbescaline is a positional isomer of asymbescaline.

It is the derivative of mescaline in which the methoxy group at the 4 position has been replaced with a phenylethoxy group. In his book PiHKAL (Phenethylamines I Have Known and Loved), Alexander Shulgin lists phenescaline's dose as greater than 150mg orally and its duration as unknown. 2,5-Dimethoxy-4-amylamphetamine (DOAM), also known as 2,5-dimethoxy-4-pentylamphetamine, is a psychedelic drug of the phenethylamine, amphetamine, and DOx families related to DOM. It is the derivative of DOM in which the methyl group at the 4 position has been replaced with an amyl (pentyl) group. The drug is taken orally.

Metaescaline (ME), also known as 3-ethoxy-4,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine, is a psychedelic drug of the phenethylamine and scaline families related to mescaline. It is the analogue of mescaline in which the methoxy group at the 3 position has been replaced with an ethoxy group. The drug is also the positional isomer of escaline in which the methoxy group at the 3 (meta) position and the ethoxy group at the 4 position have been interchanged.

2C-YN is an analog of phenethylamine that can be synthesized from 2C-I. Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of 2C-YN, although Daniel Trachsel lists it as having a dosage of around 50mg and a duration of around 2 hours, with relatively mild psychedelic effects.

It is a derivative of tranylcypromine and is the cyclized phenethylamine analogue of DOM in which the α and β positions have been connected with a carbon atom to form a cyclopropyl group.
3-methoxy-4-methylamphetamine
3-Methoxy-4-methylamphetamine (MMA) is an entactogen and psychedelic drug of the phenethylamine and amphetamine classes. It was first synthesized in 1970 and was encountered as a street drug in Italy in the same decade. MMA was largely forgotten until being reassayed by David E. Nichols as a non-neurotoxic MDMA analogue in 1991, and has subsequently been sold as a designer drug on the internet since the late 2000s.
2,5-Dimethoxy-4-ethoxyamphetamine
MEM, also known as 2,5-dimethoxy-4-ethoxyamphetamine or as TMA2-4-EtO, is a psychedelic drug of the phenethylamine, amphetamine, and DOx families related to TMA-2. It is the analogue of TMA-2 in which the methoxy group at the 4 position has been replaced with an ethoxy group. The drug was first described in the scientific literature by Alexander Shulgin by 1968.

It is the analogue of proscaline in which the propoxy group at the 4 position has been replaced with a propylthio group.
3,4-methylenedioxy-N-hydroxy-N-methylamphetamine
'3,4-Methylenedioxy-N-hydroxy-N-methylamphetamine, also known as MDMOH, MDHMA, or FLEA', is an entactogen, psychedelic, and stimulant of the phenethylamine, amphetamine, and MDxx families. It is the N-hydroxy homologue of MDMA ("Ecstasy"), and the N-methyl homologue of MDOH.
