Qantas Airways Limited ( ), doing business as QANTAS or Qantas, is the flag carrier of Australia, and the largest airline by fleet size, international flights, and international destinations in Oceania. A founding member of the Oneworld airline alliance, it is the only airline in the world that flies to all seven continents, with it operating flights to Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America from its hubs in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane. It also flies to over 60 domestic destinations across Australia.

Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, trading as Jetstar, is an Australian low-cost airline headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas, created in response to the threat posed by the airline Virgin Blue (now known as Virgin Australia). Jetstar is part of Qantas' two-brand strategy of having Qantas Airways for the premium full-service market and Jetstar for the low-cost market. As of June 2015, Jetstar carried 8.5% of all passengers travelling in and out of Australia.

QantasLink
QantasLink is a full-service, regional brand of Australian flag carrier airline Qantas. As of 2025, QantasLink provides over 2,000 flights each week to 65 metropolitan, regional and remote destinations across Australia, as well as short-haul international services to the Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, New Zealand and East Timor. Flights are operated by the Qantas-owned subsidiaries of National Jet Systems, Network Aviation and Sunstate Airlines, with Embraer E190s wet-leased from Alliance Airlines. QantasLink is an affiliate member of the Oneworld airline alliance.

Valuair
Valuair (Chinese: 惠旅航空) was a Singapore-based low-cost carrier. It was launched on 5 May 2004, initially offering services to Bangkok and Hong Kong, before expanding to Indonesia, Mainland China and other cities in Thailand. It differentiated itself from other low-cost carriers by offering frills such as a baggage allowance of 20 kg, in-flight food, and a large seat pitch. Acquired on 24 July 2005 by Jetstar Asia, an Australian airline, the Valuair brand was retained for Jetstar Asia's scheduled services to major cities in Indonesia until 26 October 2014.

Jetconnect
Jetconnect is a New Zealand airline owned by Qantas. Established in July 2002 as an airline, it ceased operating as an airline in 2018 but continues to employ pilots and cabin crew based at Auckland and Wellington airports that operate Qantas flights on Trans-Tasman services between New Zealand and Australia, with cabin crew also operating on Qantas long-haul flights alongside Australian-based crew.
