Åndalsnes
is a town in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Åndalsnes is also the administrative center of Rauma Municipality. It is located along the Isfjorden, at the mouth of the river Rauma, at the north end of the Romsdalen valley. The village of Isfjorden lies about to the east, Veblungsnes lies just to the west across the Rauma river, and the village of Innfjorden lies about to the southwest via the European Route E136 highway.

Romsdalsfjord
or is the ninth-longest fjord in Norway. The long fjord is located in the Romsdal district of Møre og Romsdal county. It flows through the municipalities of Molde, Haram, Vestnes, and Rauma. The deepest point in the fjord is just southwest of the town of Molde, where it is deep.

Romsdalen
Romsdalen is a valley in the western part of Norway. The long valley runs from the Romsdalsfjorden through Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county and into Lesja Municipality in Innlandet county. It is the valley of the Rauma river, from Old Norse word which means Rauma valley. The traditional district of Romsdal, which makes up about one-third of Møre og Romsdal county, is named for the valley of Romsdalen. The main road E136 and the Rauma line railway both run along the valley floor.

Innfjorden
Innfjorden is a village in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is situated about southwest of the town of Åndalsnes and southeast of the village of Måndalen along the European Route E136 highway. The road from Åndalsnes to Innfjorden goes through the long Innfjord Tunnel, which opened in 1991 after a series of deaths caused by avalanches on the former road along the shore of Romsdal Fjord.

Måndalen or Voll is a village in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located along the Romsdalsfjorden about west of the town of Åndalsnes. The European route E136 highway goes through the village, connecting it to the village of Vågstranda, about to the north and to the village of Innfjorden, about to the southeast.

Puttegga
Puttegga is the highest mountain in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It lies on the border of Fjord Municipality and Rauma Municipality. It is located just northwest of the mountain Karitinden, inside Reinheimen National Park. The nearest village is Tafjord, to the west. Mannen () is a mountain in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The tall mountain is located just west of Horgheim, along the river Rauma in the Romsdalen valley. Mannen has a distinctive needle peak. The mountain's shape has been compared to an enormous seated goose that looks out over the Rauma valley, from which it can easily be seen.

Veblungsnes is a village located in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village lies along Romsdal Fjord just across the mouth of the Rauma river from the town of Åndalsnes. The European route E136 highway runs through the village on its way from Åndalsnes southwest to the village of Innfjorden. Veblungsnes is home to the Grytten Church and the Setnesmoen military parade ground.

Rødven
Rødven is a village in Rauma Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located along the Rødvenfjorden, just south of where the fjord empties into Langfjorden. The village of Eidsbygda lies about south of Rødven. The village is notable for the 12th century Rødven Stave Church. The church is now a museum and the much newer Rødven Church sits across the road from the historic stave church.

Kyrkjetaket is a mountain on the border of Rauma Municipality and Molde Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The tall peak is located just inside the border of Rauma Municipality, about northeast of the village of Isfjorden and from the town of Åndalsnes. The mountain Gjuratinden lies about southeast of Kyrkjetaket. The name Kyrkjetaket translates to "the Church roof".

The village is located at the confluence of the three fjords: Romsdal Fjord, Langfjorden, and Rødvenfjorden. Karitinden is a mountain in the Tafjordfjella mountain range inside Reinheimen National Park on the border of Innlandet and Møre og Romsdal counties in Norway. The top of the mountain is a tripoint border junction for Skjåk Municipality (in Innlandet county), and Fjord Municipality and Rauma Municipality (in Møre og Romsdal county).
