Windhoek
Windhoek (; ; ) is the capital and largest city of Namibia. It is located in central Namibia in the Khomas Highland plateau area, at around above sea level in the country's geographical centre area. The population of Windhoek, which was 486,169 in 2023, is growing due to a migration from other regions in Namibia.
Swakopmund
Swakopmund ('Mouth of the Swakop') is a city on the coast of western Namibia, west of the Namibian capital Windhoek via the B2 main road. It is the capital of the Erongo administrative district. It has 25,047 inhabitants.
Keetmanshoop
Keetmanshoop is the administrative capital of the ǁKaras Region in southern Namibia. It is named after , a German industrialist and benefactor of the Rhenish Mission in the town. Keetmanshoop had a population of 27,862 people in 2023.
Rundu

It lies on the border with Angola on the banks of the Kavango River, about above sea level. Rundu's population is growing rapidly. The 2001 census counted 36,964 inhabitants; and for the 2011 census it climbed to 63,430.
Otjiwarongo

Gobabis (, ) is a town in eastern Namibia. It is the regional capital of the Omaheke Region, and the district capital of the Gobabis electoral constituency. Gobabis is in the heart of the cattle farming area. It had a population of 33,418 people in 2023.

Omuthiya
Omuthiyagwiipundi (short: Omuthiya) is the capital of Oshikoto Region in northern Namibia. It has about 7,500 residents. Prior to Omuthiya, Tsumeb was the regional capital. The town has been proclaimed in October 2007 and the Omuthiya Town Council established in September 2008.
Nkurenkuru
Nkurenkuru (1.093 m above sea level) is a town on the south-western banks of the Kavango River. It is the capital of the Kavango West Region of northern Namibia, located west of Rundu. It is also a former mission station of the Finnish Missionary Society.
