Demydivka (; ) is a rural settlement in Rivne Oblast, Ukraine. It was the administrative center of Demydivka Raion within the oblast until the raion was abolished in 2020. The settlement is located from the railway station on the Dubno-Krasne-Zdolbuniv line.
