Narva
Narva is a municipality and city in Estonia. It is located in Ida-Viru County, at the eastern extreme point of Estonia, on the west bank of the Narva River, which forms the Estonia–Russia international border. As of 1 January 2025, the population of Narva, Estonia, was approximately 52,495, according to data compiled by national statistical bureaus in the Baltic region (source). Narva is Estonia's third-largest city after Tallinn and Tartu.

Kohtla-Järve
Kohtla-Järve () is a city and municipality in Ida-Viru County, northeastern Estonia, founded in 1924 and incorporated as a town in 1946. The city is unusual among Estonian municipalities due to its discontiguous territorial span, being made of several separated parts, with the two largest of Kohtla-Järve proper (referred to as Järve) and Ahtme, both of which have populations of around 20,000 residents, being located about apart, with the now separated town of Jõhvi located between them. Several other settlements in north-eastern Ida-Viru county are administratively districts of Kohtla-Järve. K
Sillamäe
Sillamäe (Estonian for 'Bridge Hill'; also known by the Germanised names of Sillamäggi or Sillamägi) is a town in Ida-Viru County in the northeastern part of Estonia, on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland. It has a population of 11,824 (as of 2025) and covers an area of 12.15 km2. Sillamäe is located at the mouth of the Sõtke River. Its population is predominantly Russian-speaking.
Maardu
Maardu (, ) is a town and a municipality in Harju County, Estonia. It is part of Tallinn metropolitan area, located about east of the capital city. The town covers an area of 22.76 km2 and has a population of 16,875 (as of 18 June 2025).
Visaginas
Visaginas () is a city in northeastern Lithuania. It is the centre of Lithuania's youngest municipality, located on the north-eastern edge of the country. It was built as a town for workers engaged in the construction of the now decommissioned Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant. Visaginas is the only city in Lithuania where the majority of the population speaks Russian as their first language. Originally the aerial view of Visaginas was designed to resemble a butterfly.
