Sastamala
Sastamala () is a town in Finland, located in the Pirkanmaa region. Sastamala lies on both sides of River Kokemäenjoki in the southwest corner of Pirkanmaa. The population of Sastamala is approximately , while the sub-region has a population of approximately . It is the most populous municipality in Finland.
Vammala
Vammala is a former town and municipality of southwestern Finland, chartered in 1907. On 1 January 2009, Vammala was consolidated with the municipalities of Mouhijärvi and Äetsä, to form a new city named Sastamala.
Mouhijärvi

Äetsä

Kiikka
Kiikka is a former municipality in the Pirkanmaa region of Finland. It was consolidated in 1981 with Keikyä into the municipality of Äetsä, which in turn was consolidated with Vammala and Mouhijärvi into the town of Sastamala in 2009. Kiikka is located by the river Kokemäenjoki, about 10 kilometres south of the Sastamala town center. The coat of arms for Kiikka was designed by T. Takala and Gustaf von Numers and was accepted in 1961.

Keikyä
Keikyä is a former municipality of Finland in the former Turku and Pori Province, now in Pirkanmaa. Together with Kiikka, it formed the Äetsä municipality in 1981, which formed the Sastamala municipality with Vammala and Mouhijärvi in 2009.
Karkku
Karkku is a former municipality in the Pirkanmaa region of Finland. It was consolidated in 1973 with Vammala, which in turn was consolidated with Äetsä and Mouhijärvi to create the town of Sastamala in 2009. Karkku is located by the lake Rautavesi, about 13 kilometres north of the Sastamala town center.
Tyrvää
Tyrvää (; ) was a municipality in the Satakunta region, Turku and Pori Province, Finland. It was established in 1439 when the Tyrvää parish was separated from the parish of Karkku. In 1915, the market town of Vammala was separated from Tyrvää, and in 1973, Tyrvää was consolidated with Vammala. In 2009, Vammala became a part of the newly established town Sastamala.
