Savoie (; Arpitan: Savouè or ''Savouè-d'Avâl'', ; ; ; , ) is a department in the region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Southeastern France. Located in the French Alps, its prefecture is Chambéry. In 2019, Savoie had a population of 448,226.

Reblochon () is a soft washed-rind French cheese made in the Alpine region of Haute-Savoie from raw cow's milk. It has its own AOC designation.
