Senja
or is an island in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway in northern Europe. With an area of , it is the second largest island in Norway (outside of the Svalbard archipelago). It has a wild, mountainous outer (western) side facing the Atlantic, and a mild and lush inner (eastern) side. The island is located entirely within Senja Municipality, which was established on 1 January 2020. The island of Senja had 7,864 inhabitants as of 1 January 2017. Finnsnes
Finnsnes (, ) is a town that is the administrative centre of Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. The town is located on the mainland part of Norway, just across the Gisundet strait from the island of Senja. The Gisund Bridge connects Finnsnes to the suburban villages of Silsand and Laukhella on the island of Senja. The municipality is well-provided with kindergartens and a decentralized school system on both primary and secondary levels. Vangsvik
Vangsvik or Vangsvika is a village in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. The village has a population of about 350. The village has a school, Vangsvik Chapel, store, and medical office. There is also a large fish farming facility nearby. The Senja Rutebil (bus company) has its headquarters in Vangsvik. The village was the administrative centre of the old Tranøy Municipality until 1 January 2020 when it was merged into Senja Municipality.

Senjahopen or Senjehopen is a village in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. Senjahopen is located along the Medfjorden on the northwest part of the large island of Senja, where it is one of the most important fishing villages on the island. Another nearby fishing village is Mefjordvær, which located about to the northwest.

Gibostad
or is a village on the large island of Senja in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. Gibostad is a former trading centre, located about north of the Gisund Bridge. Many of the buildings in the harbour area are about 200 years old. The soil is very fertile and therefore suitable for farming, which is why there is an agricultural school at Senja Upper Secondary School. The lake Lysvatnet is located just west of the village.
Andfjorden
or is a fjord on the border of Nordland and Troms counties in Norway. It is located in Andøy Municipality, Senja Municipality, Harstad Municipality, and Kvæfjord Municipality. The fjord primarily flows between the large islands of Andøya and Senja. Grytøya and the smaller islands Bjarkøya and Krøttøya are located in the fjord. Fjordgård lies on the west side of the fjord Ørnfjorden, which is an arm that branches off of the main Øyfjorden. The island village of Husøy lies about across the fjord within sight of Fjordgård.

Gisundet
Gisundet is a strait in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. The long strait separates the island of Senja from the mainland. The strait flows into the Malangen fjord in the north and into the Finnfjorden (and later the Solbergfjorden) in the south. The strait is crossed by the Gisund Bridge which connects the village of Silsand on the island to the town of Finnsnes on the mainland.

Aglapsvik is a small, isolated, coastal village in Senja Municipality in Troms county in Northern Norway. It is located along the Malangen fjord, about north of the town of Finnsnes. The name of the village comes from the nearby mountain Aglapen. The area is mostly hilly and forested and there is one small road (County Road 263) passing through. There are about 50 residents.
Botnhamn
Botnhamn is a village in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. The small village is located more than north of the Arctic Circle on the northern part of the large island of Senja. The village lies along the west side of the Stønnesbotn fjord. The population (2001) was 308. Botnhamn experiences warm summers and long, dark winters. Botnhamn is located about northwest of the village of Gibostad and northwest of the town of Finnsnes.
Solbergfjorden
Solbergfjorden is a fjord (or more accurately, a strait) on the southeastern side of the large island of Senja in Troms county, Norway. The fjord flows through Dyrøy Municipality, Sørreisa Municipality, and Senja Municipality. The long strait flows into the Vågsfjorden to the southwest and into the Finnfjorden and Reisafjorden in the northeast. The village of Vangsvik is one of the larger settlements along the Solbergfjorden.

or is a fjord in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. The long fjord cuts into the large island of Senja from northwest. The villages of Mefjordvær and Senjahopen are located at the southern side of the fjord, and at the innermost point in the fjord is the village of Medfjordbotn.

The village is located about north of the town of Finnsnes, along the Gisundet strait, directly across the strait from the village of Gibostad. The village of Langnes lies about east of Bjorelvnes. or is a village in Senja Municipality in Troms county, Norway. It serves as a community center for the areas around the Rossfjorden and the lake Rossfjordvatnet. Sultindvik
Sultindvik is a village in the far east part of Senja Municipality, in Troms county in northern Norway. The village lies on the west side of Målselvfjorden, under the mountains of Sultinden and Vassbruna. Sultindvik has a road link via fylkesvei 261 west to Rossfjordstraumen (12 km), where there is a school and shops. The population of Sultindvik has gradually decreased, and there are now less than 50 living in the village.
