Skrull
The Skrulls () are a fictional race of extraterrestrial shapeshifters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. They first appeared in Fantastic Four #2 and were created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. They originated from the planet Skrullos and their empire is located in the Andromeda Galaxy. Their infiltration of Earth was a major event in the Marvel Comics universe as shown in the crossover event Secret Invasion.

The Super-Skrull is an alias used by characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The original and most well-known incarnation, '''Kl'rt', created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, first appeared in Fantastic Four'' #18 (September 1963), and has been depicted as both a supervillain and an antihero. The character has also appeared on television and in video games and novels.

Hulkling
Hulkling is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. A member of the Young Avengers superhero team in the Marvel Universe, Hulkling's visual design is patterned on the Hulk. In addition to being superhumanly strong, he possesses shapeshifting abilities that go far beyond the ability to mimic the Hulk, which give him the power to fly.

The Chitauri () are a fictional race of extraterrestrial shapeshifters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, specifically in the Ultimate Marvel universe (Earth-1610). They were created by Mark Millar and Bryan Hitch in place of the Skrulls, who play a similar role in the mainstream continuity of Earth-616. The species first appeared in Ultimates #8 (November 2002).

Xavin is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is commonly depicted in association with the Runaways. Xavin is gender-fluid (made more prominent due to their shape-shifting abilities) with seemingly no preference in which pronouns are used for them ("they/them" pronouns are used throughout the article for clarity's sake).
