Soroksky Uyezd

Soroca is a city and municipality in northern Moldova, situated on the Dniester River about north of Chișinău. It is the administrative center of the Soroca District.

thumb|The Dniester near Otaci and [[Călărășeuca]] Otaci (formerly Ataki) is a town (population 8,400) on the southwestern bank of the Dniester River, which at that point forms the northeastern border of Moldova. On the opposite side of the Dniester lies the Ukrainian city of Mohyliv-Podilskyi, and the two municipalities are connected by a bridge over the river. Otaci is located in Ocnița District. The town was sometimes referred to in older records as Mogilevskie Ataki to distinguish it from the other nearby town called Ataky or Ataki, which is near Khotyn.

Mărculești () is a city in Florești District, in northern Moldova, with a population of 2,081 at the 2004 census. The city was once the site of a Jewish agricultural and mercantile colony until its destruction in the Holocaust.

Ghindești () is a city in Moldova. It is situated in Florești District in north eastern part of the country. Spread across an area of , the town had a population of 1,649 inhabitants in 2014.
