A telnyashka (, ) or telnik () is a type of undershirt worn with military uniforms of the Russian Armed Forces. They traditionally feature blue and white horizontal stripes, and can come in varying thicknesses and may be sleeved or sleeveless. Other variations of telnyashka with different colour schemes have been adopted based on a unit's affiliation.

SSh-68
The SSh-68 (Russian: СШ-68 [стальной шлем образца 1968 года/stalnoy shlyem], English: SSh-68 steel helmet model 1968) - is a steel combat helmet of the Soviet and then Russian Armed Forces. The SSh-68 is a further development of the SSh-60 helmet. It differs primarily in its greater strength, greater front slope of the dome and the shorter outer edge. It is usually painted in dark green.

Note that it is a lighter color compared to that of standard issue helmets The SSh-60 (СШ-60 (Russian: стальной шлем образца 1960 года/stalnoy shlyem, or steel helmet) was a product improvement of the Soviet SSh-40 steel helmet of the Soviet Army and entered production around 1960. It was not fundamentally different from the previous World War 2 era SSh-40, the primary difference being an updated liner/suspension system.

SSh-36
The SSh-36 (, from стальной шлем, ''stal'noy shlem'', ) was a steel combat helmet developed and used by the Red Army. It was designed by Aleksandr A. Shvartz with production started in 1936. Its large front rim and wide flares over the ears provided good protection for the wearer.
Afghanka
The Afghanka ( ; proper designation: Obr88) is a type of military uniform system developed and issued by the Soviet Army in the early 1980s, still in use today in some post-Soviet states in many different variants. The name Afghanka is an unofficial popular slang term in Russian for the uniform, derived from its prolific use during the Soviet–Afghan War.
