Subud
Subud (pronounced ) is an international and interfaith spiritual movement that originated in Indonesia in the 1920s. It was founded by Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo (1901–1987). The central practice of Subud is a spiritual exercise known as the latihan kejiwaan, which Muhammad Subuh described as receiving guidance from "the Power of God" or "the Great Life Force."
