Peradeniya
Peradeniya (; ) is a suburb of the city of Kandy, Sri Lanka with about 30,000 inhabitants. It is situated on the A1 main road, a few kilometres west of Kandy city centre. Peradeniya's name is derived from pera (guava) and deniya (a plain).

It is located along the Kandy-Jaffna A9 highway approximately from the city center of Kandy. Katugastota is one of the three main entry points to the city of kandy. Two major Highways (A9 and A10) meet at the center of the city which makes Katugastota one of the busiest suburbs in Kandy district.

Pilimathalawa (also spelled as Pilimatalawa; ) is a suburb of the city of Kandy, in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It is governed by the Kadugannawa Urban Council. The town is situated 10 km away from Kandy, the district capital, and 104 km away from Colombo.
