Grantiidae
Grantiidae is a family of calcareous sponges in the order Leucosolenida.

Saccoglossus
Saccoglossus is a genus of acorn worm. It is the largest genus in the Enteropneusta class, with 20 species.
Hirsutella
Hirsutella is a genus of asexually reproducing fungi in the Ophiocordycipitaceae family. Originally described by French mycologist Narcisse Théophile Patouillard in 1892, this genus includes species that are pathogens of insects, mites and nematodes; there is interest in the use of these fungi as biological controls of insect and nematode pests. The teleomorphs of Hirsutella species are thought to belong to the genus Ophiocordyceps.

Sipalolasma
Sipalolasma is a genus of brushed trapdoor spiders first described by Eugène Simon in 1892. It is restricted to South Asia and parts of Africa.

Tigidia
Tigidia is a genus of brushed trapdoor spiders first erected by Eugène Simon in 1892.
Leucascidae
Leucascidae is a family of calcareous sponges in the order Clathrinida.
Synchytriaceae
Synchytriaceae is a chytrid fungus family in the division Chytridiomycota. The family was described by German mycologist Joseph Schröter in 1892. The type genus, Synchytrium, contains about 200 species of fungi that are parasitic on flowering plants, ferns, mosses, and algae. Synchytrium endobioticum causes potato wart disease, an economically important disease of cultivated potato.

Spheciospongia
Spheciospongia is a genus of sponges belonging to the family Clionaidae.

Teniorhinus
Teniorhinus is a genus of skippers in the family Hesperiidae.

Osmodes
Osmodes is an Afrotropical genus of grass skipper butterflies in the family Hesperiidae.

Heterozerconidae
Heterozerconidae is a family of mites in the order Mesostigmata.

Rhopalomyia
Rhopalomyia is a genus of gall midges, insects in the family Cecidomyiidae. There are at least 267 described species in Rhopalomyia. Most species in this genus induce galls on plants in the Asteraceae. This genus has a cosmopolitan distribution. Rhopalomyia was first established by Ewald Heinrich Rübsaamen in 1892.

Podostroma
Podostroma is a genus of fungi in the family Hypocreaceae, circumscribed by the Finnish mycologist Petter Karsten in 1892 and containing eleven species (at least one being highly toxic) with a widespread distribution.

Hypatia
genus of insects

Bovistella
Bovistella is a genus of puffball fungi in the family Agaricaceae. The genus was circumscribed by mycologist Andrew Price Morgan in 1892.
Cladochytriaceae
The Cladochytriaceae are a family of fungi in the order Cladochytriales.
Costantinella
Costantinella is a genus of anamorphic fungi in the family Morchellaceae and class Pezizomycetes
Plagiobothrus
Plagiobothrus is a monotypic genus of Asian brushed trapdoor spiders containing the single species, Plagiobothrus semilunaris. It was first described by Ferdinand Karsch in 1892, and has only been found in Sri Lanka, documented from the regions of Peradeniya and Kandy. It is about long and has a deep brown carapace and limbs. Its abdomen is black above and brown beneath.

Bramus
Bramus is a genus of fossorial rodents. It formerly contained only the extinct North African species Bramus barbarus. Both species in Bramus were moved to this genus from Ellobius. They differ from Ellobius in being larger, having a distinct sagital crest, and other features of the teeth and skull. They also occur allopatrically from Ellobius. They are sexually dimorphic, with females being larger than males. The genus comprises two extant species:
Southern mole vole, Bramus fuscocapillus (Blyth, 1843)
Transcaucasian mole vole, Bramus lutescens (Thomas, 1897)
Sirobasidium
Sirobasidium is a genus of fungi in the order Tremellales. Basidiocarps (fruit bodies) are gelatinous and appear to be parasitic on ascomycetous fungi on wood. Microscopically they are distinguished by producing septate basidia in chains which give rise to deciduous sterigmata. Species are distributed worldwide.
Sorokina
Sorokina is a genus of fungi in the family Dermateaceae. The genus contains 6 species.

Psalidopus
Psalidopus is a genus of shrimp placed in its own family, Psalidopodidae, and superfamily, Psalidopodoidea. It comprises three species, one in the western Atlantic Ocean, and two in the Indo-Pacific.
Synute
Synute is a genus of calcareous sponge belonging to the family Grantiidae. The only species is Synute pulchella Dendy, 1892.
Petrostroma
Petrostroma is a genus of calcareous sponges belonging to the family Minchinellidae.
Cladosterigma
Cladosterigma is a fungal genus in the family Gomphillaceae. It is monospecific, comprising the single species Cladosterigma clavariella. The fungus is a hyperparasite: it grows on living leaves of myrtle relatives (genus Eugenia) where it parasitises a plant-pathogenic fungus in the genus Phyllachora. It is known only from an asexual state that forms conspicuous, yellow, branched synnemata (bundles of spore-bearing filaments) erupting through the leaf surface.
Enterodictyon
Enterodictyon is a genus of lichen-forming fungi in the family Roccellaceae.
