It is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group alongside Bellevue-licensed CW affiliate KUNS-TV (channel 51). The two stations share studios within KOMO Plaza (formerly Fisher Plaza) in the Lower Queen Anne section of Seattle adjacent to the Space Needle; KOMO-TV's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood.
