Tenentism

Tenentism () was a political philosophy of junior army officers (, , "lieutenants"), generally from the burgeoning middle-class and unsatisfied with the oligarchic structure of the republic who significantly contributed to the Revolution of 1930 that ended the First Brazilian Republic.
