Thisted is a town in the municipality of Thisted in the North Denmark Region of Denmark. It has a population of 13,505 (1 January 2025) and is located in Thy, in northwestern Jutland.

Hanstholm is a small town and a former island, now elevated area in Thisted municipality of Region Nordjylland, located in northern Denmark. The population of the town is 2,050 (1 January 2025).

Hørdum is a small railway town in Thisted Municipality in North Jutland Region, Denmark. As of 1 January 2025 it had a population of 211. It is located in the southern part of the Thy district 20 km southwest of Thisted and 30 km west of Nykøbing Mors.
