Žasliai
Žasliai (, Zosle) is a small town in Kaunas County in central Lithuania. In 2011, it had a population of 644. The town was first mentioned in written sources in 1457 and was granted the Magdeburg rights and its own coat of arms in 1792.
Rumšiškės
Rumšiškės is a Lithuanian town (population 1,700), situated east of Kaunas on the northern bank of Kaunas Reservoir. Southern part of the town (including the birthplace of Lithuanian poet Jonas Aistis) is now under the waters of the artificial lake. The 18th century St. Michael Archangel church of Rumšiškės (rebuilt in the 19th century) was saved and moved to its present place in 1958, when the reservoir was created.

The geographical center of Lithuania, in the village of Ruoščiai, is only a few kilometres away. There is a Catholic church, a former Bernardine monastery, a former sawmill and a watermill in Dotnuva. The Dotnuva manor is in the nearby town of Akademija.

Krakės
Krakės (formerly Krakiai ) is a small town in Kėdainiai district, central Lithuania. It is located on the Smilgaitis River. In the town, there are the Catholic church of St. Matthew the Evangelist (built in 1907), Mikalojus Katkus gymnasium, library, medicine station, St. Catherine women convent, Krakės Agriculture Cooperative with former culture center, swimming pool and shop (built in 1983, architect K. Žalnierius). There is the Vytautas Ulevičius museum of wooden sculptures.

Surviliškis is a small town in Kaunas County in central Lithuania, 18 km from Kėdainiai, on the right bank of the Nevėžis river. In 2011 it had a population of 351. There are wooden Catholic church of Jesus (built in 1791), wooden chapel in cemetery (built in 1800), wooden cross of local crossmaking master Vincas Svirskis, wayside chapel of St. Mary, school, library, medicine station. The regional road 25px Kėdainiai-Krekenava-Panevėžys runs through the town.
Balbieriškis
Balbieriškis is a small town in Kaunas County in central Lithuania. It is situated on the left bank of the Neman River. As of 2011, it had a population of 966. The town was established by German lumberman Hanus, who received a plot of land in the wilderness of Suvalkija from Grand Duke Sigismund I the Old. Hanus cleared the forest and built an estate. The settlement grew around the estate and was awarded city rights in 1530. However, the privileges were revoked in 1776.

Betygala

Žaiginys manor was first mentioned in 1575. There was a brewery making vodka and bitter. The first Žaiginys church was built in 1664 (in 1684 according to other sources). In 1716 Žaiginys manor was granted trading privileges. The manor owner, Jacob Nagurski, invited Franciscans to Žaiginys in 1762. The Franciscan monastery operated from 1764 to 1832. Pelėdnagiai (formerly , ) is a small town in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the town had a population of 1016 people. It is located from Kėdainiai, on the left bank of the Nevėžis river, by its tributary the Ašarėna. Roads to Kėdainiai, Babtai, Jonava, Šeduva go next to Pelėdnagiai.
