Vuoksa
The Vuoksi (, historically: "Uzerva"; ; ; ) is a river running through the northernmost part of the Karelian Isthmus from Lake Saimaa in southeastern Finland to Lake Ladoga in northwestern Russia. The river enters Lake Ladoga in three branches, an older main northern branch at Priozersk (Käkisalmi), a smaller branch a few kilometers to the north of it, and a new southern branch entering further southeast as Burnaya River (Finnish: Taipaleenjoki), which has become the main stream in terms of water discharge. Since 1857, the old northern distributaries drain only the lower reaches of the Vuoksi
Syas

The Syas flows from the Valdai Hills north into Lake Ladoga. The town of Syasstroy is located at its mouth. It is long, and the area of its basin . The largest tributary of the Syas is the Tikhvinka (right).
Tikhvinka River
The Tikhvinka () is a river in Boksitogorsky and Tikhvinsky Districts of Leningrad Oblast, Russia, a right and the biggest tributary of the Syas. The town of Tikhvin is located on its banks. It is long, and the area of its basin . The main tributaries of the Tikhvinka are the Ryadan (left) and the Shomushka (right).
Burnaya
The Burnaya (, ) is a young rapid river in Priozersky District of Leningrad Oblast, Russia, on the Karelian Isthmus, which emerged in 1818. It flows from Lake Sukhodolskoye to Lake Ladoga and is a part of Vuoksi River drainage basin. Before the Winter War and Continuation War it was located in Finland, known under the name Taipaleenjoki.
Olonka
The Olonka (, ) is a river in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. It gave the name to the town of Olonets by the river and eventually to the surrounding territory (Olonets Governorate, Olonets Krai, now Olonetsky District). It flows out of the lake and discharges into Lake Ladoga. It is long, and has a drainage basin of .
Jänisjoki
Jänisjoki () is a river of Finland and Russia. It begins from the territory of Finland in the region of North Karelia, passes into the Republic of Karelia in Russia and flows there into Lake Ladoga. It is long, and has a drainage basin of . It is part of the Neva River basin in Finland and Russia that flows into the Gulf of Finland in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Puoroyoya
Puoroyoya () is a river in Russia, flowing around Olonetsky District of Karelia. The mouth of the river is 47 km on the left bank of the river Tuloksa. The river is 19 km, the catchment area 134 км².
