Tyrnavos
Tyrnavos () is a town and a municipality in the Larissa regional unit of the Thessaly region of Greece. According to the 2021 census, the municipality has a population of 22,280, of whom 11,210 live within the town of Tyrnavos, making it the second-largest town in the regional unit. The river Titarisios, a tributary of the Pineios, flows through the town.

Ampelonas (, ) is a village and a municipal unit of the Tyrnavos municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was an independent municipality. The community of Ampelonas covers an area of 38.632 km2 while the respective municipal unit covers an area of 154.759 km2.

Argyropouli (, , ) is an Aromanian (Vlach) village and a community of the Tyrnavos municipality. The community of Argyropouli covers an area of 103.063 km2.
Damasouli
Damasouli (, ) is a village in the municipality of Tyrnavos. Before the 1997 local government reform it was a part of the community of Damasi. The 2021 census recorded 51 inhabitants in the village.
