Hardangerfjord
The Hardangerfjord () is the fifth longest fjord in the world and the second longest fjord in Norway. It is located in the Hardanger region of Vestland county in western Norway. The fjord stretches from the Atlantic Ocean into the mountainous interior of Norway along the Hardangervidda plateau. The innermost point of the fjord reaches the town of Odda.

Hardangervidda
Hardangervidda () is a mountain plateau () in central southern Norway, covering parts of Vestland, Telemark, and Buskerud counties. It is the largest plateau of its kind in Europe, with a cold year-round alpine climate, and one of Norway's largest glaciers, Hardangerjøkulen, is situated here. Much of the plateau is protected as part of Hardangervidda National Park. Hardangervidda is a popular tourist and leisure destination, and it is ideal for many outdoor activities.

Trolltunga
Trolltunga () is a rock formation situated at an elevaton of above sea level in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The cliff juts horizontally out from the mountain, about above the north side of the lake Ringedalsvatnet.
Folgefonna
Folgefonna is a collective term for three plateau glaciers in the Hardanger region of Vestland county, Norway. They are located on the Folgefonna peninsula in Ullensvang Municipality, Kvinnherad Municipality, and Etne Municipality. The three glaciers are:
Nordre (northern) Folgefonna, with an area of

Søndre (southern) Folgefonna, with an area of , making it the third largest glacier in the mainland of Norway.

Låtefossen
Låtefossen is a waterfall located in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland County, Norway. The tall waterfall is unique and thus it is a well-known tourist attraction in the area. It is special in that it consists of two separate streams flowing down from the lake Lotevatnet, and as they fall, they join in the middle of the waterfall, just before going under the Norwegian National Road 13 built in 1867–69, making for a spectacular (and wet) view as one drives over the old, stone, six-arched bridge.

Kinsarvik
Kinsarvik is a village in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located at the end of a small bay at the confluence of the Sørfjorden and the Eidfjorden, where they join to form the main branch of the Hardangerfjorden. The village lies along the Norwegian National Road 13 and it has a ferry port with regular routes that connect it to Utne and Kvanndal across the fjord.

Røldal is a village in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village lies in the Røldal valley along the Storelva river on the north end of the lake Røldalsvatnet. Røldal is located about southeast of the town of Odda. The 13th-century Røldal Stave Church is located here.
Hårteigen

Skare
Skare is a village in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located about straight south of the town of Odda and about northwest of the village of Seljestad. The village sits at the junction of Norwegian National Road 13 and European route E134. Skare Church is located in the village.
Røldalsvatnet
Røldalsvatnet is a lake in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake is located about south of the town of Odda. The village of Røldal is located at the northern tip of the lake and the village of Botnen is located at the southern end. The European route E134 highway runs along the northern end of the lake, and the Norwegian National Road 13 runs along the western shore of the lake.
Sandfloegga
Sandfloegga is a mountain in Ullensvang Municipality in southeastern Vestland county, Norway. It lies on the southern part of the vast Hardangervidda mountain plateau, and is the highest mountain on Hardangervidda when the bordering summits of Hardangerjøkulen and Folarskardnuten are omitted. The tall mountain lies inside Hardangervidda National Park, about north of the European route E134 highway.

Utne
Utne is a village in Ullensvang Municipality in the Hardanger region of Vestland county, Norway. The village is located on the northern end of the Folgefonna Peninsula, at the confluence of the Sørfjorden and Hardangerfjorden. The village is the site of Utne Church. The village of Alsåker lies about to the west on the northern shore of the peninsula and the village of Vikebygd lies about to the south along the eastern shore of the peninsula.
Kvennsjøen
Kvennsjøen is a lake in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake lies on the Hardangervidda plateau, inside the Hardangervidda National Park. The alpine lake is located straight east of the town of Odda and about south of the village of Eidfjord. There are over 500 lakes in Ullensvang Municipality and this one is the largest of all of them.
Juklavatnet
Juklavatnet is a lake on the border of Kvinnherad Municipality and Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake lies just outside Folgefonna National Park and immediately to the west of the Nordre Folgefonna glacier. The only road access comes from the small village of Nordrepollen in the Mauranger area of Kvinnherad municipality, about south of the lake. There is a dam on the western end of the lake which regulates the depth of the water so that it can be used for hydroelectric power generation. The lake is the largest reservoir that feeds into the Mauranger power station.
Tyssestrengene
Tyssestrengene are waterfalls east of the village of Tyssedal in Ullensvang Municipality, in Vestland county, Norway. The waterfalls are fed by the Tysso River before flowing down into the lake Ringedalsvatnet. The Trolltunga cliff is located near the waterfalls.
Ringedalsvatnet
Ringedalsvatnet is a lake in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake sits just east of the village of Skjeggedal and about east (up the valley) from the village of Tyssedal, which sits on the shore of the Sørfjorden. The lake is the main reservoir for a hydroelectric power station in Tyssedal which provides electricity for the power intensive industries in the nearby town of Odda. The wide and high Ringedals Dam was constructed from 1910–1918.

Valldalsvatnet
Valldalsvatnet is a lake in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake lies about northeast of the village of Røldal. The lake has a dam at the southern end, and it is used to regulate the water level for purposes of hydroelectric power generation. The lake was originally about long and surrounded by many dairy farms. Since the tall dam was built, the lake grew to about long. This lake and the neighboring lakes of Votna and Røldalsvatnet are all regulated together as part of the Røldal-Suldal watershed which feeds a nearby hydroelectric power station.
Buarbreen
Buarbreen is a glacier in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is an offshoot of the large Folgefonna glacier. The small glacial arm reaches down into the Buardalen valley, just southwest of the town of Odda. The glacier is split into two parts, one on either side of a small mountain peak. Both sides drain into the Jordalselvi river which flows out through the valley into the lake Sandvinvatnet.

Veivatnet is a lake in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake lies on the vast Hardangervidda plateau, inside Hardangervidda National Park. It is located about southeast of the village of Lofthus and about northeast of the town of Odda.

Sandvinvatnet
Sandvinvatnet is a lake in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake lies on the southern edge of the town of Odda. The Buardalen valley and Buarbreen glacier lie to the west of the lake. The Norwegian National Road 13 runs along the east side of the lake. The lake water flows north into the short river Opo, before entering the Sørfjorden.
Kistenuten
Kistenuten is a tall mountain in southern Norway. It is located in the Ryfylkeheiane mountains at the tripoint border of three different counties (and three municipalities): Suldal Municipality in Rogaland county, Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, and Vinje Municipality in Telemark county. The mountain is the fourth tallest mountain in Telemark county, the second tallest in Rogaland county, but it is not even in the top 25 tallest mountains in Vestland county. The mountain Sandfloegga lies about to the north, inside Hardangervidda National Park.

Skrikjofossen (also called Krikjofossen) is a waterfall in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The falls are located about southeast of the village of Lofthus. Its total height is , while the tallest single drop is . It tumbles down from the Hardanger Plateau.

Votna is a lake in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The lake lies about straight east of the village of Røldal. The European route E134 highway runs along the northern part of the lake. There is a dam on the southwest end of the lake which regulates the level of the lake for purposes of hydroelectric power generation.

Knoda
Knoda is a mountain in southern Norway. The tall mountain lies on the border of Suldal Municipality (in Rogaland county) and Ullensvang Municipality (in Vestland county). The mountain lies about southeast of the village of Røldal. The mountains Kistenuten, Vassdalseggi, and Trollaskeinuten all lie to the southeast of Knoda.

Eitrheim is a village in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The industrial village is located on a small peninsula near the southern shore of the Sørfjorden, just to the north of the town of Odda. The eastern end of the Folgefonna Tunnel lies on the western edge of Eitrheim.
