Skjerjavatnet is a lake and reservoir in the Nordhordland area of Vestland county, Norway. It is located on the border of Vaksdal Municipality and Modalen Municipality. The lake sits at an elevation of above sea level, in the mountains between the Modalen valley and Eksingedalen valley. The southwest and northeast ends of the lake are both dammed up so that the lake can be regulated for hydroelectric power.

Veafjorden (historically, the Vedåfjorden) is a fjord in Vestland county, Norway. The long fjord flows between the mainland and the island of Osterøy in Vaksdal Municipality. There is one bridge across the fjord, the Kallestadsundet Bridge near Stamneshella.

Bolstadfjorden is a long fjord in Vestland county, Norway. The Bolstadfjorden is located in Vaksdal Municipality and Voss Municipality. It is a branch of the Veafjorden and a continuation of Vikafjorden. Vikafjorden meets Bolstadstraumen at Straume and the mouth of Bolstadfjorden. It is the innermost point of the fjord system surrounding the city of Bergen.

Askjelldalsvatnet is a lake in Vaksdal Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The small lake lies at an elevation of in the Vikafjell mountains between the Modalen and Eksingedalen valleys. The lake has a dam at the southern end of the lake. The Askjelldalsvatnet dam is used to regulate the water level so that the water can be used for water power at a nearby power plant. The lake Skjerjavatnet lies about to the west.

Flatkvål () is a village in the Eksingedalen valley of Vaksdal Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village lies along the river Storelvi, about northeast of the village of Stamneshella. The Modalen Tunnel is located about west of Flatkvål. The village of Nesheim lies about to the east. Flatkvål is the site of Eksingedal Church.

Høgafjellet is a mountain on the island of Osterøy in Vestland county, Norway. Høgafjellet sits on the border between Osterøy Municipality and Vaksdal Municipality, about east of the village of Fotlandsvåg and about west of the Veafjorden. The tall mountain is the highest mountain on the island and in all of Osterøy Municipality.
