Østervrå
Østervrå (formerly Øster Vrå) is a town in Vendsyssel, North Jutland Region, Denmark. As of 2025, the town has a population of 1,270. The town and farm areas around the town were hit by an F3 tornado on September 9, 1924. Severe damage occurred with homes and farms partially collapsing. Additionally, a barn collapsed, and five people sustained injuries.

Vendsyssel () is the northernmost traditional district of Denmark and of Jutland. Being divided from mainland Jutland by the Limfjord, it is technically a part of the North Jutlandic Island which also comprises the areas Hanherred and Thy. Vendsyssel is part of the North Denmark Region.

Flauenskjold is a village in Vendsyssel, Denmark, with a population of 661 (1 January 2025). It is located in Brønderslev Municipality in North Jutland Region near the Frederikshavn Motorway, the part of the European route E45 between Aalborg and Frederikshavn.
