Großvenediger () is the main peak of the Venediger Group within the Hohe Tauern mountain range, on the border of the Austrian state of Tyrol (East Tyrol) with Salzburg. It is generally considered to be Austria's fourth highest mountain (although it can be up to sixteenth if every subsidiary summit is counted). The summit, covered by glaciers, is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Dreiherrnspitze
The Dreiherrnspitze (), at above mean sea level, is a mountain on the tripoint between the Austrian states of Salzburg and Tyrol (i.e. East Tyrol), and South Tyrol in Italy. It is part of the Venediger Group in the Hohe Tauern range of the Central Eastern Alps and the Alpine divide.

Birnlücke
The Birnlücke () is the border pass at the western end of the Hohe Tauern mountains in Austria, between the Venediger Group and the adjoining Zillertal Alps. The border between Austria and Italy has run over the pass since 1919. The pass forms the border between the Austrian state of Salzburg and the Italian province of South Tyrol, the valleys of the Krimmler Achental and Ahrntal, and the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park and Hohe Tauern National Park.

Malhamspitzen
The Malhamspitzen (originally called the Malchamspitze by Carl Sonklar) are the four peaks of a mighty massif on the Maurerkamm, an Alpine mountain chain in the Venediger Group in Austria's High Tauern National Park. They rise south of the Reggentörl () and are only separated from one another by small cols. The literature distinguishes them as follows:

Keeskogel
The Keeskogel, a mountain with a height of , lies in the Venediger Group of the High Tauern in Austria. The summit is located about 4 km as the crow flies northwest of the Großvenediger (). The waymarked, glacier-free normal route from the Kürsinger Hut (), is a relatively straightforward climb in dry and snow-free condition and takes about 1½ to 2 hours to reach the summit (sure-footedness required). Especially impressive in good weather is the view from the summit of the north side of the Großvenediger and the main chain of the Tauern and the glaciated landscape of the Obersulzbachkees

Schlatenkees glacier
The Schlatenkees is a glacier in the Venediger Group that is in the core zone of the High Tauern National Park, east of the Großvenediger.
It is in the East Tyrolean community of Matrei in Osttirol.
With an area of around , the Schlatenkees is the largest valley glacier in East Tyrol and, after the Obersulzbachkees, the second largest glacier in the Venediger group.
The exposure is mainly to the east, in the highest area also to the south-east.
