Versoix

Versoix (; local Arpitan dialect: Varchoè) is a municipality in the Canton of Geneva, in Switzerland. It is located in the northern suburbs of Geneva.

Hellman & Friedman is currently the main shareholder in the group but announced plans to take the company public in October 2025.
