The community includes Nant Peris.

Beddgelert () is a village and community in the Snowdonia area of Gwynedd, Wales. The population of the community taken at the 2021 census was 460 (rounded to the nearest 10). This includes Nantmor and Nant Gwynant. Despite the village being reputably named after the legendary hound Gelert, it is actually named after Saint Gelert, an early leader in Celtic Christianity. The community is large and sparsely populated, covering .

Tremadog (formerly Tremadoc) is a village in the community of Porthmadog, in Gwynedd, north west Wales; about north of Porthmadog town centre. It was a planned settlement, founded by William Madocks, who bought the land in 1798. The centre of Tremadog was complete by 1811 and remains substantially unaltered. Tremadog hosted an unofficial National Eisteddfod event in 1872.

Fairbourne is a seaside village in Gwynedd, Wales. Located on the coast of Barmouth Bay in Arthog community, to the south of the estuary of the River Mawddach, it is surrounded by Snowdonia National Park. It is in an area that had been listed by Gwynedd Council for managed retreat due to rising sea levels.

Llannor () is a village, parish and community located on the Llŷn Peninsula (Welsh: Penrhyn Llŷn) in the Welsh county of Gwynedd. Historically in Caernarfonshire, it lies 1.7 miles (2.8 km) north of Pwllheli and 18.0 miles (29.0 km) south west of Caernarfon. The community includes the villages of Y Ffor, Abererch, Efailnewydd, Llwyndyrys and Rhos-fawr, and had a population of 2,244 in 2010, reducing slightly to 2,145 at the 2011 Census.

Bryncrug (), sometimes spelt Bryn-crug, is a village and community in Gwynedd, Wales. Afon Fathew flows through the village and into the River Dysynni. The village is situated to the north east of the town of Tywyn, at the junction of the A493 and B4405 roads. Although the village is usually spelt Bryncrug in English, the community name uses the Welsh language version, Bryn-crug. The population of the community taken at the 2011 census was 622.

Llanllyfni () is a village and a community in Gwynedd, Wales. It is in the historic county of Caernarfonshire. The community consists of the villages of Drws-y-coed, Nantlle, Nasareth, Nebo, Penygroes, Talysarn and the village of Llanllyfni itself. Penygroes, Llanllyfni and Talysarn are almost conjoined. As an electoral ward the 2011 census recorded a population of 1256. It is a largely Welsh-speaking village as 85% of the villagers speak Welsh as their first language. The community covers 43 square kilometres.

Llanaelhaearn is a village on the Llŷn Peninsula in the county of Gwynedd, Wales. Located in the community of (prior to 2024 called just "Llanaelhaearn") which also includes the larger village of Trefor and has a population of 1,067, increasing to 1,117 at the 2011 Census.

Aber-erch (, Welsh for "Mouth of the Erch") is a small village and former civil parish on the Llŷn Peninsula in the Welsh county of Gwynedd. The village lies approximately east of Pwllheli. A river, the Afon Erch runs through the village.

Aberdesach is a small village in a primarily Welsh speaking area of Gwynedd. It is in the historic county of Caernarfonshire. The village is situated approximately 1.5 miles south of the neighbouring village of Pontllyfni and 6 miles south of the county town of Caernarfon.

Rhostryfan is a village 4 miles from Caernarfon, in the community of Llanwnda, in the principal area of Gwynedd, Wales. In 2020 it had an estimated population of 722. It was formerly served by Rhostryfan railway station.

Llwyngwril () is a coastal village, in Llangelynnin community, two miles north of the village of Llangelynnin and eleven miles south-west of Dolgellau.
