Grodås
Grodås is a village in Volda Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located along the river Horndøla on the eastern end of the lake Hornindalsvatnet, about southwest of the mountain Hornindalsrokken. The village sits at the eastern end of the Kviven Tunnel, part of the new route for the European route E39 highway.
Hjørundfjorden
Hjørundfjorden is a fjord in the traditional district of Sunnmøre in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located mostly within Ørsta Municipality, although part of the mouth of the fjord lies in Sykkylven Municipality and the innermost part of the fjord lies in Volda Municipality. The long fjord is an arm off of the larger Storfjorden. Villages along the shores of the fjord include Molaupen, Hundeidvik, Trandal, Sæbø, and Store-Standal.

Sunnmørsalpane () is a collective term for the mountains range in the Sunnmøre region of Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The mountain range encircles the Hjørundfjorden in the municipalities of Volda, Ørsta, Stranda, and Sykkylven. These mountains have peaks reaching straight up from the fjord.

Kvitegga is a mountain on the border between Stranda Municipality and Volda Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located about southeast of the village of Leira (in Volda Municipality) and about west of Hellesylt (in Stranda Municipality). The tall Kvitegga is located about northeast of the nearby mountain Hornindalsrokken.
Rovdefjorden
Rovdefjorden is a fjord (more precisely, a strait) in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The fjord runs through the municipalities of Sande, Herøy, Vanylven, Volda, and a small part of Ulstein. The eastern end of the fjord connects with the Vartdalsfjorden and Voldsfjorden and the western end of the fjord connects with the Hallefjorden. The Syvdsfjorden branches off the Rovdefjorden to the south. The fjord is bounded by the mainland to the south and the island of Gurskøya to the north.

Austefjorden
Austefjorden is a small fjord which branches off of the main Voldsfjorden in Volda Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The long fjord lies in the Sunnmørsalpene mountains about north of the mountain Eidskyrkja in the northeastern part of the municipality. The Austefjorden and the Kilsfjorden join together to form the Voldsfjorden. The village of Fyrde is located at the innermost part of the fjord. There are several small peninsulas and outcroppings that jut out into the fjord, giving the fjord a meandering S-shaped path.

Vartdalsfjorden is a fjord (more technically, a strait) in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It begins at the Storfjorden and Sulafjorden in the northeast and flows through Hareid Municipality and Ulstein Municipality on the northern shore of the fjord and through Ørsta Municipality and Volda Municipality on the southern shore.

Straumshamn or Straume is a village in Volda Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located at the southern end of the Kilsfjorden branch of the Voldsfjorden. The Bjørkedalen valley runs south from Straumshamn cutting between the Sunnmørsalpene mountains. The village of lies about to the northwest and the village of Fyrde lies about to the east. Kilsfjord Church is located in Straumshamn.
