Zarasai
Zarasai () is a city in northeastern Lithuania, surrounded by many lakes and rivers: to the southwest of the city is Lake Zarasas, to the northLake Zarasaitis, to the southeastLake Baltas, and the eastLake Griežtas. Lakes Zarasaitis and Griežtas are connected by the River Laukesa.
Zarasai holds the record for the highest recorded daytime temperature in Lithuania at on 30 July 1994.
A few music festivals are held in Zarasai in summer, such as Mėnuo Juodaragis and Roko naktys.

Sartai
Sartai is a lake located in Rokiškis and Zarasai municipalities, northeastern Lithuania. There are six islands in the lake. River Šventoji flows through it.

Turmantas
Turmantas () is a town in the Zarasai district municipality, Lithuania. Located on the border with Latvia, it is a railway station on the Warsaw–Saint Petersburg railway. The village is known since 1798. It began growing after completion of the railway in 1862. As part of the Wilno Voivodeship, Turmantas was part of the Second Polish Republic between 1920 and 1939. During that time a wooden Catholic church was rebuilt, an Orthodox church for the Old Believers and a secondary school were built in the town. According to the 2011 census, it had 286 residents.

Salakas
Salakas is a town in northeastern Lithuania with a population of 519 inhabitants according to the 2011 census. It is famous for the neo-romantic church of Lady of Sorrows. It was built in 1911.

Antalieptė
Antalieptė () () is a small town in Zarasai district municipality, near the Duseta–Daugailiai road and the right bank of the Šventoji riverhead. The town is also 4 km from the village of Zabičiūnai.

Antazavė is a village in Zarasai District Municipality, Utena County, Lithuania. The population was 413 in 2011.

Zabičiūnai
Zabičiūnai is a village in the Zarasai District Municipality, Lithuania. It is located southwest of Antalieptė. According to the 2021 Lithuanian census, 37 people lived in Zabičiūnai. In the centre of the village there is a cemetery covered with maples, yews and olive bushes. A few gravestones have survived, with the oldest one having 1884 engraved on it. The last burial happened in July 1944, the name of the person was Kostas Morozov and he died by shrapnel from an exploding shell.
