Alişer or Alişir Efendî (, ; 1862 at İmranlı, Sivas vilayet - 9 July 1937 at Kafar village, Dersim), was a Kurdish poet, bard, intellectual and leader of Koçgiri tribe who fought against the Ottomans during World War I alongside the Russian Army. He was the organizer of the Koçgiri rebellion and one of the main leaders of the Dersim rebellion.
