PathWISE: Multi-Agent Cancer Pathway Triaging Ontology Learning from Clinical Flowcharts

Clinical pathways are disseminated as visual flowcharts where spatial topology, arrow direction, colour coding, and font weight encode critical triage logic that remains inaccessible to computational systems.
