Signed Spiking Neuron Enabled by an Orthogonal-Easy-Axis Magnetic Tunnel Junction

Signed spiking neurons carry richer information than standard spiking neurons. This work proposes a compact magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ)-based neuron for signed leaky integrate-and-fire (LIF) operation.
