Genewars est un jeu vidéo de stratégie en temps réel développé par Bullfrog Productions et publié par Electronic Arts le 30 septembre 1996 sur PC. Le jeu se déroule dans un univers de science-fiction dans lequel quatre races extraterrestres se voient condamnées à réparer le désastre écologique qu'elles ont provoqué lors d'une guerre destructrice. Pour cela, elle doivent recoloniser les planètes ainsi détruites et y développer un nouvel écosystème.
