Ingredients

Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, rye flour, sugar, soybean oil, rolled oats, contains 2% or less of the following: yeast, salt, corn sugar, soy flour, calcium salts, dough conditioners (datem, ethoxylated mono & diglycerides, mono & diglycerides, azodicarbonamide, soy lecithin), molasses, wheat gluten, yeast nutrients (calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate, ammonium sulfate), calcium propionate and potassium sorbate (preservatives).
