Ingredients

Whole wheat flour, enriched high gluten flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate [b1], riboflavin [b2], folic acid), water, honey, crushed wheat, contains less than 2% of each of the following: yeast, soybean oil, salt, gluten, calcium propionate and sorbic acid (to retard spoilage), ascorbic acid, l-cysteine, enzymes, isolated soy protein.
