Oat flakes (44%), wheat flour (16%), sugar, high oleic sunflower oil, corn flakes (9%) [corn, sugar, salt, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), vitamins (B3, B5, B8, B1, B2, B6, B12, B9), iron)], toasted rice flakes (6%) [rice, sugar, barley malt extract, salt], cane molasses, salt, flavouring. May contain traces of milk, soybeans, sulphites, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
