Etymology: From a brand name, from blue tack.

  1. A solid putty-like adhesive, originally blue in colour, used to secure items to walls and other surfaces.

    It was an April Fool hoax, of course. 31200 had been rigged up with a single lightweight wooden [name] plate (loosely held on by Blu Tack).
