Frances Browne was born 24 May 1794 in Dublin, Ireland. He parents were Francis Browne and Anna Maria Noble. She married Thomas Alexander Stewart in 1816. They emigrated in 1822 and settled in Duoro, Ontario in 1823. She died in 1872.
