The Isartor at the Isartorplatz in Munich is one of four main gates of the medieval city wall. It served as a fortification for the defence and is the most easterly of Munich's three remaining gothic town gates (Isartor, Sendlinger Tor and Karlstor). The gate (German: Tor) is located close to the Isar and was named after the river.
Olympiaturm
The Olympic Tower (German: ) in the Olympic Park, Munich has an overall height of and a weight of 52,500 tons. At a height of there is an observation platform as well as an exhibition commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Tower. Previously in that space was a small rock-and-roll museum housing various memorabilia. Since its opening in 1968, the tower has registered over 43 million visitors (as of 2018). Olympia-Einkaufszentrum
The Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (OEZ) or Olympia shopping mall is a shopping mall opened in 1972. It is located in the Moosach district of Munich, Germany. The name comes from the simultaneous construction of the adjacent home of the press for the Summer Olympics in 1972. The Antiquarium was built from 1568 to house the ducal Collection of Classical Antiquities and Library as an extension of the Munich Residenz and was converted into a ballroom soon after. It is one of the most important surviving Renaissance collection buildings.
