dihexyverine
Dihexyverine is an anticholinergic spasmolytic. It is not approved for use in the United States but is sold in France under the trade name Spasmodex.
depsidone
thumb|right|Chemical structure of the depsidone norstictic acid Depsidones (+ "depside" + "one") are chemical compounds that are sometimes found as secondary metabolites in lichens. They are esters that are both depsides and cyclic ethers. An example is norstictic acid.

abecarnil
Abecarnil (developmental code name ZK-112,119) is an anxiolytic drug from the β-carboline family. It is one of a relatively recently developed class of medicines known as the nonbenzodiazepines, which have similar effects to the older benzodiazepine group, but with quite different chemical structures. It is a partial agonist acting selectively at the benzodiazepine site of the GABAA receptor.
suxibuzone
Suxibuzone is an analgesic used for joint and muscular pain. It is a prodrug of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) phenylbutazone, and is commonly used in horses.
chromonar
Carbocromen (chromonar) is a vasodilator. It was used as a coronary dilator between 1963 and 1966.
ecadotril
Ecadotril is a neutral endopeptidase inhibitor ((NEP) EC 3.4.24.11) and determined by the presence of peptidase family M13 as a neutral endopeptidase inhibited by phosphoramidon. Ecadotril is the (S)-enantiomer of racecadotril. NEP-like enzymes include the endothelin-converting enzymes. The peptidase M13 family believed to activate or inactivate oligopeptide (pro)-hormones such as opioid peptides, neprilysin is another member of this group, in the case of the metallopeptidases and aspartic, the nucleophiles clan or family for example MA, is an activated water molecule. The peptidase domain for
5'-iodoresiniferatoxin
Iodoresiniferatoxin (I-RTX) is a strong competitive antagonist of the Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) receptor. I-RTX is derived from resiniferatoxin (RTX).

L-655,708
L-655,708 (FG-8094) is a nootropic drug invented in 1996 by a team working for Merck, Sharp and Dohme, that was the first compound developed which acts as a subtype-selective inverse agonist at the α5 subtype of the benzodiazepine binding site on the GABAA receptor. It acts as an inverse agonist at the α1, α2, α3 and α5 subtypes, but with much higher affinity for α5, and unlike newer α5 inverse agonists such as α5IA, L-655,708 exerts its subtype selectivity purely via higher binding affinity for this receptor subtype, with its efficacy as an inverse agonist being around the same at all the sub
fluenetil
Fluenetil (chemical formula: C16H15FO2) is a chemical compound used in acaricides.
nabitan
Nabitan (nabutam, benzopyranoperidine, SP-106, Abbott 40656) is a synthetic cannabinoid analog of dronabinol (Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol) and dimethylheptylpyran. It exhibits antiemetic and analgesic effects, most likely by binding to and activating the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors, and reduced intraocular pressure in animal tests, making it potentially useful in the treatment of glaucoma.
Menabitan
Menabitan (INN: SP-204) is a synthetic drug which acts as a potent cannabinoid receptor agonist. It is closely related to natural cannabinoids of the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) group, differing mainly by its longer and branched side chain, and the replacement of the 9-position carbon with a nitrogen. It is a structural analog of nabitan and dimethylheptylpyran. It was studied as an analgesic in the 1970s and was found to possess analgesic effects in both humans and animals but was never marketed.
melevodopa
Melevodopa, also known as levodopa methyl ester (LDME) and sold under the brand name Levomet, is a dopaminergic agent. It is the methyl ester of levodopa. It is used in oral tablet form as an effervescent prodrug with 250times the water solubility of tablet levodopa. In combination with carbidopa, as melevodopa/carbidopa (brand name Sirio), it is approved for use in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
penthienate
Penthienate is an anticholinergic and has actions similar to atropine. It reduces gastric motility and secretion and is used for the treatment of peptic ulcer and dyspepsia.
methylatropine
Methylatropine, sold under the brand name Eumydrin, is a belladonna derivative.
